Mind Maps¶

What You Get¶
A structured mind map showing the topic at the center with branches for subtopics, connections, and related concepts. Mind maps are useful for brainstorming, introducing a new topic, or helping students organize their thinking during revision.
Inputs¶
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Topic | The central concept or theme |
| Subject | The subject area |
| Grade level | Your students' grade |
| Depth / complexity | How many levels of branching to include |
How to Create a Mind Map¶
- Open the Mind Maps assistant
- Enter the topic, subject, and grade level
- Set the depth (more levels = more detail)
- Tap Generate
- Review and edit the branches
Use Cases¶
- Topic introduction -- Show students the big picture before diving into details
- Brainstorming -- Generate ideas around a theme for project planning
- Revision -- Create study aids that show how concepts connect
- Lesson planning -- Map out the key ideas you want to cover in a unit
Tips¶
- Start simple -- A depth of 2-3 levels works well for most topics
- Add your own branches -- Edit the generated map to include examples specific to your class
- Pair with other tools -- Use a mind map to plan, then generate a lesson plan or presentation from the same topic
