Presentations

Create slide-based lesson presentations ready for the classroom.

What You Get

A set of presentation slides with titles, content, and suggested visuals. Each section of the generated content maps to an individual slide, so the result is ready to present or export directly.

Presentations can include images from your Content Library or AI-generated images.

Inputs

Field Description
Subject The subject area
Grade level Your students' grade
Topic What the presentation covers
Number of slides How many slides to generate
Style preferences Tone, visual style, or structure notes (optional)

How to Create a Presentation

  1. Open the Presentations assistant from your Workspace or Assistants list
  2. Fill in the subject, grade, topic, and number of slides
  3. Add any style preferences (e.g., "simple language", "include discussion prompts on each slide")
  4. Tap Generate
  5. Review the slides and edit as needed
  6. Export when ready

Export Options

  • Google Slides -- Each section becomes a separate slide with title and content. Opens directly in your Google Drive.
  • PDF -- Download a print-ready version of all slides.

Using Export Templates

Apply your school's branding to every presentation export. See the Export Templates Guide for setup instructions.

Tips

  • Keep slide count reasonable -- 8-12 slides works well for most lessons
  • Add your own images -- Swap in photos or diagrams from your Content Library after generating
  • Edit before presenting -- AI output is a starting point; adjust language, examples, and pacing for your class
  • Combine with lesson plans -- Generate a lesson plan first, then create a matching presentation
